The Organic Centre, at Rossinver, Co. Leitrim, hosts regular courses,events and tours promoting organic growing and sustainable living skills. As well as the many weekend workshops and gatherings it is possible to organise special group and school tours to the centre. Courses cover topics as diverse as ‘starting your own food business’ and ‘Soap making’ among many others.

Set up as a not for profit organisation, the site at Rossinver, includes seven polytunnels, an orchard, outdoor gardens, ornamental beds and a woodland. There is also an eco show where you can buy many plants and seeds. You can also purchase many of these items online at www.theorganiccentre.ie

This is a truly wonderful place, full of learning and opportunity about an hour and a half drive from Monaghan.
